Emma and her team renovated our holiday cottage which we hadn't done anything with for way too long. It is a very old cottage and is in a conservation area. Our brief was to give it a bright contemporary look so it would be suitable for people to rent out as well as for our own use. The kitchen and bathroom had not been replaced for over 30 years so this was an essential part of the job. Emma has fulfilled the brief so well and we are extremely pleased with the result. We have enjoyed our Norfolk holiday cottage for many years and rather put off making any changes at all. Our hand was forced when part of the roof began to leak and because of the need for this essential repair we took the opportunity to also make some updates in the interior. Emma managed this project for us and employed a local electrician and workmen who she had worked with previously. The work included replacing a section of the roof and tiles, replacing two Velux windows, pointing and painting the gable end and replacing rotten beams & re-roofing the arbor.
